While our website is still under the construction process, we will continue to update our FAQ section for your convenience. By all means, please contact our ministry staff if you have any questions that are not answered here.

Q: What can I expect at the worship service?

A: We consider New Day Worship Center to be a loving community of faith. With that in mind, you can expect to sing some of the familiar hymns of old, typically arranged in a modern way. And we will sing some of the more contemporary praise and worship songs as well. You can also anticipate a sermon that is biblical, clear, and applicable to everyday life. In all of our services it is our desire to enter into the presence of God and to encounter Him in a life changing manner.

Q: What should I wear?

A: We here at New Day do not require nor expect a dress code. We welcome you to come as you are, be yourself, and find a loving community that welcomes you for who you are! We want the service to be our gift to you and for you to leave knowing that God loves you—it’s not about what you wear.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: It would be great to arrive no later than ten minutes before the service time. You will be welcomed by our ushers, church members, and ministry staff.

Q: Where should I park?

A: We welcome you to park in the very front of the church!  We try our best to reserve the side of the church for our handicap members and visitors. Beside the handicap ramp.

Q: Should I bring my Bible?

A: You are not required by any means to bring your Bible. You will find sermon outlines in our bulletins and on the large projection TV in the sanctuary.

Q: Does New Day participate in Holy Eucharist/Communion?

A: Almost every Sunday, we participate in the holy traditions of the Lords Supper. You do not need to be a member of New Day to participate in this tradition with us. ALL are welcomed to God's table!

Q: Is New Day Worship Center part of a denomination?

A: We are not affiliated with any specific denomination. We are an independent community of faith with a wide and diverse variety of members. Our members come from all walks of faith and life. We have a general "guideline" of what we believe, but also understand that we all may or may not have different view points/beliefs; big or small. Everyone is welcome to New Day regardless of their personal beliefs. We are all on our own journey and welcome all to join us for a time of worship and fellowship.

Q: What type of outreach is New Day Worship Center involved in?

A: New Day has two new specific outreach teams that started in April 2015 - Community Outreach and Youth Outreach. Our other large outreach ministry is our food pantry, Christ's Cabinet. You can find links above to the specific ministry's page for more information.

Q: Do you have a youth program?

A: No we don't, but we would love too.

Q: I'm not a Christian but I want to know more, can I come without feeling pressured?

A: Many, if not all of us, know this "struggle". We all have been at that place in life and welcome you with open hearts! Know that when you attend service here, we will not single you out, force you to believe, or give you an "altar call". We welcome you to come as you are lead.
